Operates a strategic arterial 22 km six lane toll road in the state of Karnataka, connecting Bengaluru city and its airport. The project was awarded by National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for upgradation of road from 4 lanes to 6 lanes on Build-Operate-Transfer basis. The road, part of National Highway 44 (erstwhile NH7), has an operational history of over seven years

Post its acquisition, the project has successfully completed its major maintenance leading to substantial improvement in its credit rating and has witnessed significant reduction in road accidents through implementation of comprehensive Environmental & Social Action Plan (ESAP), correction of accident-prone spots and organization of regular road safety
