Devanahalli Tollway
Operates a strategic arterial 22 km six lane toll road in the state of Karnataka, connecting Bengaluru city and its airport. The project was awarded by National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for upgradation of road from 4 lanes to 6 lanes on Build-Operate-Transfer basis. The road, part of National Highway 44 (erstwhile NH7), has an operational history of over seven years

Quazigund Banihal Expressway
The Quazigund Banihal Expressway is a 16.3 km, four-lane road of which 8. 5 km is a twin tube tunnel. The road, connecting Quazigund to Banihal towns of Kashmir is a part of NH-44 (highway connecting Jammu and Srinagar) and is about 75 km from Srinagar city.(. The project was awarded by National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) in 2010 as an Annuity project in 2010.

Jammu Udhampur Highway
The Jammu Udhampur Highway is a 64.5 kilometre, four-lane road connecting the cities of Jammu and Udhampur. It is a part of National Highway 44 a critical road connecting Jammu to Srinagar. The project was awarded by National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) in 2010 on an Annuity basis. The project achieved COD in 2015 and has a residual concession period of 10 years.

Kashi Tollway
The Toll Operation and Collection of the Six Lane Handia Rajatalab National Highway in the state of Uttar Pradesh was awarded by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) on a Toll-Operate-Transfer basis. The project consists of a 14-lane split toll plaza, with seven lanes each at KM 746+760 and KM 747+065. The project is a mature asset, with an operational history of over three years.
